This simple list explains how we work together to keep you safe and happy at home in Oshawa, Whitby, and Ajax. By starting our support, you agree to these friendly rules.
What I Do For You
- I provide specialized senior companionship, light housekeeping, and nutritious meal preparation. Furthermore, my professional support extends to wellness monitoring, postpartum care for families, and childcare services, ensuring comprehensive household safety.
Services for Your Family
I promise to give you the very best care. In return, I kindly ask for a safe and respectful place to work. Please tell me about any health changes. You must have the right to hire help for your home.
Visits and Changes
We will find visit times that work well for you. If you need to change a time, please let me know 24 hours before. If you cancel at the last minute, the normal visit fee will still apply.
Simple Payments
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Please pay at the end of each visit. Once a visit is finished, the fee cannot be returned. I am always happy to talk about any questions you have.
Keeping You Safe
I am a friendly helper and companion. I am not a doctor or a nurse. I do not give shots or handle medical prescriptions. If there is an emergency, I will call 911 right away to help you.
Your Privacy
Your personal details are safe and private with me. I only use them to give you better care. I follow all safety rules in Ontario to keep your information secure.
The Fine Print
I do my best to keep you safe. By using my help, you agree that I am not responsible for accidents unless I am very careless. Any refund is limited to the fee of a single visit.
